As all families do, we grow. This family’s case was no different. Though once perfectly suited for them, dynamics shifted, and they found themselves in need of more space. For this, they hired Graham Builders as their design+build contractors.

The heart of the renovation was the creation of individual living spaces for the daughters, providing them with privacy and independence while remaining connected to the family home. Separate areas included a wet bar for the older daughters upstairs. To accommodate the parents, a spacious master suite and master bath was designed on the first floor.
